At Magoute Products, we are committed to getting your authentic Caribbean products to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please read this policy in full before placing your order, as it contains important information about our shipping process and our All Sales Are Final policy.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your package. Here's what to expect:
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number immediately after checkout. Please keep this for your records.
InstantOur team carefully packs your items, conducts a quality check, and prepares your package for handoff to the carrier.
1–2 Business DaysOnce handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
After ProcessingYour order arrives safely at your shipping address. Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
1–5 Business DaysOrders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
We offer several domestic shipping options to fit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website at any time.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Magoute Products is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Currently, Magoute Products ships exclusively to addresses within the 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
No International Shipping: We are unable to ship to international addresses, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI), APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes at this time. Orders placed with non-US addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food and beverage products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or personal taste preferences.
We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and allergen information carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
Change of mind, disliking the taste, ordering wrong item, wrong quantity ordered by customer.
Opened food products, partially consumed items, or products past their best-before date.
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, we will replace or refund it. See Section 5.
If we ship you the wrong product, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you.
While we take great care in packaging every order, damages can occasionally occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or defective, we want to make it right.
Take clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging as soon as you receive it. This is required to process your claim.
Upon DeliveryEmail [email protected] or call (267) 602-4592 with your order number and photos. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.
Within 48 Hours of DeliveryOur team will review your claim and, upon approval, issue a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days.
5–7 Business DaysMagoute Products reserves the right to request additional information or photos to verify damage claims. Fraudulent claims will result in account termination.
If you experience any of the following issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible:
Contact us within 48 hours if an item from your order is missing. We will ship the missing item at no charge.
If we sent the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours. We'll send the correct item immediately.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Magoute Products is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan. We recommend requiring a signature on delivery for high-value orders.
